Mitie works with a wide range of blue-chip private and public sector clients, delivering high profile projects across the UK, with a strong focus on sustainability and supporting the decarbonisation of Britain.
Asite will introduce a new digital construction management solution to support delivery across Mitie Projects. Recognising the importance of information management to the project value chain and the need for safe, high quality, and risk-free delivery, Asite will provide Mitie’s teams and clients with an easily accessible and collaborative platform. The platform will enable progress monitoring, project management, and quality control on all projects.

Asite has been awarded a three-year contract with Mitie Projects to drive improvements within its project management methodology and governance, as well as increasing collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
Mitie Projects manages and delivers a wide range of building services and refit works across the commercial, retail and industrial industries, and in the public sector. Its in-house capabilities and specialist services include design, BIM, installation, procurement and project management, across a range of technical disciplines, with a strong focus on decarbonisation and sustainability.
The Asite Platform will introduce new digital processes and industry best practice, propelling Mitie to a new level of project delivery, which will support its work leading on large projects for new clients, while improving services for existing customers.
Mitie Projects will use the Asite Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solution, which showcases an integrated Common Data Environment (CDE), to enable lean delivery of projects and streamline information management. The robust and innovative solutions will also improve the speed and accuracy of cost controls, improve visibility and productivity, and introduce better project co-ordination.
The organisation will also benefit from a wider range of Asite products and features, such as collaborative BIM (cBIM) and Adoddle Field for Site. With Adoddle Field for Site, on-site users can access the latest project information and have the ability to immediately raise and create site tasks, such as defects and snags, whilst on the move.
